MEET OUR TEAM
CEO and Chief Pilot in Command.
Born and raised in Montana, Brett obtained a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Montana. He has always been captivated by technology and worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies as an IT consultant from 2018 to 2021. Through his work in IT, he felt inspired to find a way to combine technology with creativity and his passion for the outdoors. As soon as he started flying, it was clear he'd found what he was looking for. Brett obtained his Part 107 remote pilot license in 2021 and left the tech world to start Bird Media in Missoula, MT.

A Montana native, Zane received two majors in Management and Marketing at the University of Montana. He started his career in the entertainment industry with a company nationally recognized for its top-rated venues. After 2020 he decided to change paths and transition into photography and digital media. Through his lifelong enjoyment of the outdoors and his new passion for content creation, he partnered with Brett to create Bird.
